Chris received his B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2012 from the University of Florida. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida in 2019 while working with Dr. Thomas Angelini. Chris's thesis work was focused on developing new sacrificial support materials to enable the 3D-printing of soft materials. After graduating, Chris worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Pennsylvania in the labs of Dr. Daeyeon Lee and Dr. Russell Composto.
